There should be a warning notice on the Home Page on term of use and conditions of sale and opportunity to click on for specific details. It should be mandatory to click on an icon confirming the visitor has read and accepted your terms and conditions before ecommerce is transacted.
The details page should have clauses covering:-
- Proprietary notices and copyright reservation.
- Warnings on viruses, worms, Trojan horses and other destructive programmes: the user has to assume full responsibility for the protection of his own computer.
